Yes — Hi On Nature is still shipping Delta-8, THC-P, and all our hemp products to Texas. Nothing about your ability to order from us changed on July 31.

What the Texas ban did: As of July 31, 2026, stores inside Texas can no longer sell Delta-8, THC-P, and most other hemp-derived THC products. That's why local shelves are empty.

What it did NOT do: It did not make possession a crime, and it did not touch your right to order federally legal products online. Owning your gummies is not illegal.

Why we can still ship to you: Hemp-derived products remain federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, and federal law protects hemp shipments between states. We ship from our fulfillment center in Nevada — outside the reach of Texas's in-state sales ban. Every product is third-party lab tested with COAs available.
