Orders are processed within one business day for shipment. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Our shipments are discreetly packaged in plain gold mailers or basic cardboard boxes for larger orders. While there is no indicator as to what’s inside the package, please note that all packages will display "Hon Distro" on the shipping label.

We handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. Our philosophy is to deal with customers fairly and reasonably. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us promptly at info@hionnature.com within 48 hours. We will provide a prepaid return label for unopened packages. Upon receipt of the returned package, a full refund will be issued. Please be aware that opened products cannot be returned.

We can only accept returns for unopened and unused products. In the event you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@hionnature.com with a written request. We will promptly arrange for a one-time replacement of equal value. Kindly note, we may request photos of the damaged or defective product for verification purposes.

Authorized refunds will be issued upon receipt and verification of unopened/unused returned products. We do not accept returns on opened products. Please be aware that it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
